Ghosted Roleplay – Refund Policy All purchases made through the Ghosted Roleplay Tebex store are for digital, virtual in-game content. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in rare and verified extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Ghosted Roleplay management. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: - You are purchasing digital content. - All items are delivered immediately upon payment. - Digital purchases are non-refundable. - Virtual items have no real-world monetary value. Refund Exceptions Refund requests may be considered only in extreme circumstances, such as: - Serious illness - Death in the immediate family - Significant real-life emergencies All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains solely at the discretion of Ghosted Roleplay management. If approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. Virtual Items & Server Access All purchased ranks, items, subscriptions, and packages: - Are virtual in-game benefits. - Are non-transferable. - Have no cash value. - May be revoked if a player is permanently banned or violates server rules. Violation of server rules does not qualify for a refund. Subscription Cancellations If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you must do so directly through Tebex before the renewal date. This process is automated and ensures your subscription does not renew. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting server staff will result in: - Immediate suspension or permanent ban - Removal of purchased content - Restriction from future purchases Chargebacks create financial penalties for the server and are treated as fraudulent under payment processor policies.
