Welcome to Ghosted Roleplay. By accessing or using our website, FiveM server, Discord, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Server Rules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   1. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   2. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
   3. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Services.

2. Service Availability

   1. Ghosted Roleplay is a live, evolving service. We may modify, suspend, wipe, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
   2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation.
   3. Access to the Services is a privilege, not a right.

3. Accounts & Termination

   1. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user at our discretion for rule violations or conduct harmful to the community.
   2. Ban evasion, alternate accounts, or attempts to bypass restrictions may result in permanent removal.
   3. Termination of access does not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

   1. All purchases are for digital, virtual in-game items only.
   2. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
   3. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time.
   4. All sales through Tebex are final and subject to our Refund Policy.
   5. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent bans.

5. Prohibited Conduct

   1. You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
   2. Harassment, hate speech, exploitation of bugs, cheating, or disruptive conduct is prohibited.
   3. You may not attempt to interfere with, damage, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
   4. You may not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to Rockstar Games, FiveM, or Ghosted Roleplay.

6. User Content

   1. By participating in the Services, you grant Ghosted Roleplay a non-exclusive right to use, display, and moderate content you create within the community.
   2. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Platforms

   1. Our Services rely on third-party platforms including FiveM, Discord, and Tebex.
   2. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or actions taken by these third parties.
   3. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   1. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
   2. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghosted Roleplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
   2. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

    1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghosted Roleplay, its staff, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

    1. We may update these Terms from time to time.
    2. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

13. Entire Agreement

    1. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Server Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghosted Roleplay.
